Who We Are
Parse Studio is a woman-founded data and design firm based in Durham, North Carolina. We help teams make sense of data, shape it into clear tools, and share it in ways that resonate. Whether you’re managing complex datasets or just starting to explore what your data can reveal, we meet you where you are with practical support and thoughtful design.Parse was founded by Bethany Chappel, a visual and systems thinker — part analyst, part storyteller, with a knack for understanding what's holding decisions back, and turns them into clarity teams can act on. With over 15 years of experience, she brings expertise in quantitative research methods, analytics, and data visualization. Her work spans technology, healthcare, government, politics, education, and beyond — and is always grounded in the belief that good data work empowers people to ask sharper questions, make informed decisions, and take meaningful action.Parse is growing with intention, by partnering with clients who value clarity and impact.
